Privacy policy
Short, because we collect very little. This describes what Taurus Intelligence LLC does with the information you give us.
Who we are
Taurus Intelligence LLC, a limited liability company registered in New York, United States, trading as Taurus Labs. For anything in this policy, write to hello@tauruslabs.studio.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form or a booking, and anonymous statistics about how the site is used.
- When you order an audit: your name, email address, website, and the description of what you sell.
- When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you write in the booking, collected by Google Calendar on our behalf.
- When you email us: whatever the email contains.
- When you browse: aggregate page views and referrers, collected by Plausible Analytics. No cookies, no device fingerprinting, and nothing that identifies you individually.
What we do with it
We use your details to run the audit you asked for, to reply to you, and to invoice you. We use the anonymous statistics to understand which pages people read.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else touches it
Three services process data on our behalf, each for a single purpose:
- Netlify — hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google Calendar — handles call bookings.
- Plausible Analytics — anonymous, cookie-free page statistics.
Running an audit involves sending your brand name and category to public AI assistants as part of ordinary queries. We do not send them your contact details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Records of paid work are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Anonymous statistics are kept indefinitely, as they identify nobody.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within thirty days. One email is enough — there is no form.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information you already gave us.
